We aim to offer a reliable and easy-to-use service and may occasionally update our platform to improve functionality or fix issues.
2. Creating and Managing Your Account
You may need to create an account to use certain ChatMojo features. Please make sure the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
You’re responsible for keeping your login details private and for any actions taken under your account.
3. Using ChatMojo Responsibly
We ask that you use ChatMojo only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
You agree not to use the platform for spam, fraud, or any harmful or deceptive activities.
4. Access & Permissions
To properly set up and automate your review and messaging system, ChatMojo may require limited access to specific business accounts or tools that you connect — such as your Google Business Profile, booking system, or CRM.
This access is strictly permission-based and allows ChatMojo to:
- Retrieve customer and review data for display in your dashboard.
- Send automated review requests after appointments.
- Generate AI-powered responses to new reviews.
- Set up and maintain automations you’ve opted into.
We will never:
- Edit, delete, or modify your data, listings, reviews, or messages.
- Make unauthorized posts or changes to your connected accounts.
- Share or sell your connected account data.
- Our access is view-only and automation-based — we connect as a Manager or Authorized User only to enable integrations and features to work correctly.
You can revoke this access at any time directly through your connected platform (for example, Google, Square, Fresha, or your CRM).
By granting access, you acknowledge that these permissions are essential for ChatMojo to deliver its services.
All connection data and authorization tokens are encrypted and handled securely in compliance with third-party platform policies (e.g., Google OAuth).
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
a. Billing:
ChatMojo operates on a subscription basis, billed at the beginning of each billing period. Your payment method will be automatically charged according to the plan you selected.
b. Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected] or through your ChatMojo dashboard.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and your access to the platform will remain active until that date.
Because ChatMojo provides immediate access to its digital tools and automations upon activation, payments are non-refundable once processed.
We encourage customers to reach out to us with any technical or onboarding concerns — our team is happy to assist and make sure you get the most out of your plan before cancellation.
c. Account Deletion:
If you wish to permanently delete your account, you may request it by emailing [email protected].
Once deletion is confirmed, all stored data and review connections will be securely removed.
6. Fair Use
Each plan includes a certain number of review requests and AI responses per month.
To maintain performance for all users, ChatMojo may temporarily pause or limit automated actions that significantly exceed plan limits.
7. Service Reliability
We work hard to keep ChatMojo running smoothly.
If maintenance or unexpected downtime occurs, we’ll do our best to minimize disruption and notify users whenever possible.
While we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service, we’re committed to quickly resolving issues whenever they arise.
8. Limitation of Liability
ChatMojo is designed to make review management easier and more effective, but results vary for each business.
While we take every reasonable step to provide a reliable experience, ChatMojo isn’t responsible for factors outside our control (such as changes made by Google or third-party platforms).
9. Termination
If a user violates these Terms or misuses the platform, we may suspend or close their account to protect the service for others.
Whenever reasonable, we’ll provide notice before doing so.
10. Privacy
We care deeply about your privacy.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your data.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements.
When that happens, we’ll post the new version with the updated date above.
12. SMS Messaging & Consent
ChatMojo may send SMS messages to customers and business users who provide their mobile number during booking, onboarding, or communication with our services. These messages may include appointment confirmations, service updates, review requests, support responses, and other transactional or customer-care communications.
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from ChatMojo for these purposes. Message frequency depends on your interactions with our services but typically includes 1–2 messages per service-related event.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. For help or additional support, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number to third parties for marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
